Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Duties:
- Lead Team to develop mixing project proposals that describe technical approaches to lower the risk and accelerate their materials scale-up for manufacturing
- Lead mixing team projects and ensure proper execution and documentation of activities throughout the project cycle
- Use new / existing scientific knowledge to improve current technologies / platforms
- Perform analytical, experimental, and modeling work to solve business problems in a timely manner
- Keep abreast of trends and developments in area of expertise and be a subject matter expert in external trends / developments
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years of industrial experience in mixing dry and wet chemicals in a flexible and versatile setting with proven time and project management skills.
-Degree or technology diplomas in fields related to Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physical Chemistry or Material Sciences are preferred.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
-Analytical and systematic when approaching engineering challenges.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to design, demonstrate, and optimize chemical mixing processes starting from concept stage.
- Knowledge of process costing and economic analysis.
-Strategic thinking capability
- Ability to understand complex technical information and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
