SaaS Process - Technical Lead

We develop and utilize our Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management Software Roadrunner to:
1. Implement Flow Management System (FMS) methodology to manage manufacturing operations
2. Provide, SaaS based, Rx IMS (Inventory Management Service) focusing on client’s day-to-day inventory replenishment processes
The IT side of our business is looking for a SaaS ProcessTechnical Lead to join our professional team.
As SaaS ProcessTechnical Lead, your main objective will be to enable growth and improvement of the Rx IMS side of the business. Your primary responsibility will be the application and improvement of SaaS based processes and software tools to help our supply chain analyst and consulting teams deliver Rx IMS services.
Suitable candidates will possess most of the following qualifications:
- Minimum 10-year experience in IT & SaaS environments
- Good understanding of cyber security
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Math, or related discipline
- Proven track record in improving computer system efficiency and scalability
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including, .Net Framework, C#, .Net Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework
- Angular, CSS, TypeScript
- Experience in working with REST APIs, OAuth
- Experience with software versioning and revision control systems and in particular Git and Continuous integration
- Experience in an Agile Software development environment
- A pragmatic approach to the application of technology to solve business issues and enable growth
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business consulting, software development and client teams to understand requirements regarding solution implementation, extracting data from different ERP systems, and support
- Troubleshoot, resolve data and integration issues impacting process deployment and usability
- Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule
