TurboTax is the best-selling brand of tax preparation software in Canada and Intuit is consistently recognized as a top employer.**What You'll Bring:**- Minimum 3+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience using tax preparation software- Experience preparing a minimum of 125 tax returns per tax season for the past 3 years- Knowledge of federal and provincial tax returns for individuals, including various types of income and deductions- Familiarity with tax laws and concepts, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in using Windows, mobile platforms, and G-suite applications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Flexibility in availability/schedule- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset- Experience preparing Quebec tax returns is considered an asset- Experience providing support in a contact center environment is considered an asset**Job Responsibilities:**- Provide remote tax guidance and preparation services for personal tax returns- Collaborate with customers to ensure compliance and accuracy of their tax returns- Answer specific tax questions, research and troubleshoot tax issues- Assist customers in filing their returns with the CRA or guide them in preparing their own return- Research tax regulations to provide accurate advice and maximize customer's tax return- Create positive customer experiences and instill confidence through empathy and tax expertise- Utilize government resources and team expertise to provide the right answers for each customer- Resolve customer inquiries according to defined procedures and company policies**Compensation:**Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is PEI $25.50 - $34.50, BC $25.50 - $34.50, Nova Scotia $25.50 - $34.50. This position is eligible for cash bonuses as per applicable plans and programs. Pay is determined based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
