Front Desk Agent

PhysioNation is looking for an administrative assistant/receptionist Front Desk. As a growing practice in Calgary's north west we are in need of a team member that can multitask reception duties.

```Duties```
- Provide outstanding client service; answering telephone calls and booking appointments
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the clinic's facilities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic area includes clinic sanitation and laundry.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems for billing and payments (preferred)
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physiotherapy/Massage/Chiropractic clinic experience would be considered an asset but not a requirement.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
