We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agents to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent at Glowing Embers, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, site changes, and other requests
- Provide information about park facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Ability to learn CRM and other applicable applications
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
