We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations management
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is preferred
