Front Desk Real Estate Receptionist Required

We are seeking a Part Time Real Estate Receptionist
1 Year Minimum Real estate office Experience is

Responsibilities:
*Answering and directing all incoming calls into the Brokerage Assisting Real Estate Agents and their clients with basic functions of their Real Estate Transaction Including the following but is not limited to;
*Appointment bookings, confirmations, time changes and inquiries.
*Inputting data into multiple MLS systems
*Preparing agreements, Maintain Files.
*General office maintenance and assistance with basic technical support

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Real Estate is Required
-Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
-Knowledge of Brokerbay and MLS is Required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service mindset

Salary: $16.55-$24.54 per hour

• Morning shift
• Weekends only
