Our growing office is seeking out a reliable Part Time employee for evenings and weekends. Real Estate experience is an asset, those to have front desk experience in other fields are encouraged to apply. The primary responsibility for this position is to provide support to our Agents, Clients, and Management, and to ensure that our front desk operations are functioning smoothly and efficiently.
* Must live within 20km of Aurora, ON*
Duties & Responsibilities
- Dealing and managing emails in a timely matter
- Answering and directing calls
- Receiving deposit cheques & preparing receipts
- Brokerloading listings on TRREB
- Managing appointments using Brokerbay
- Using webforms including but not limited to: Preparing offers, amendments, waivers, listing paperwork
- Organizing listing paperwork
- Ensuring the office supplies are stocked
- Following up and collecting outstanding documents from Agents
- Uploading documents into organized folders
- Coverage may be needed during the week for the full-timer
- Send "Thank You" letters to Agents/Cooperating Brokerage
- Cold call Agents
- Follow up calls for Agents
- Contact our existing agents to offer them help with anything
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous real estate/reception experience required
- Comfortable with technology & learning new systems and programs
- Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to Multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to take initiative
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 30 per week
