Greeting Clients in person and by telephone
Managing switchboard
Creating and formatting documents
Maintaining client confidentiality
Receiving & distributing mail
Receiving payments and issuing receipts
Filing documents
Drafting and emailing correspondence
Booking boardrooms for meetings and sanitizing after meetings
Other general office & clerical duties
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Secondary School (preferred)
Excellent computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work alone or in a team environment
Positive and energetic attitude
Problem-solving skills
Own vehicle (preferred but not required)
Familiar with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience
1 year Administrative (preferred but not required)
