Do you enjoy helping others grow? In this role you will be providing leadership, direction, and guidance to the team, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service.
Some of your other tasks include:
- Remains calm and alert during emergencies, heavy workloads, and other complications.
- Fields guests’ complaints and inquiries while developing and negotiating the most effective solutions.
- Assists the Front Desk Manager in verifying and confirming all incoming OTA and third- party reservations for accuracy, rate, payment structures and deposits as required.
- Assists with revenue yielding.
- Performing the duties of a Front Desk agent when required.
- Supports the signature training program for the department including reviewing calls, coaching team members, and performance managing when necessary.
- Providing property site tours to potential guests.
- Conduct performance reviews.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Front Desk professional with outstanding, supervisory/ management skills, and extensive firsthand experience. The successful candidate must have a flexible schedule and available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
