Front Desk/Kennel Attendant

K9 Clubhouse is looking to hire a FULL TIME Front Desk Receptionist/Kennel Attendant

We are looking for a fun, energetic and helpful applicant who loves dogs!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make a great impression by greeting each individual who comes into our lobby in a warm and friendly manner
• Exemplify excellent client care; connect with clients by listening and understanding their feedback and needs
• Understand the differences between all of our services and be able to help each client make a informed decision based on needs and goals
• Check dogs in and out of our daycare and boarding programs
• Do boarding dog rotations and cover daycare
• Clean kennels and keep boarding and reception areas clean and tidy
• Responsible for assisting in sales and marketing
• Scheduling appointments with new and existing clients and help guide their experience, offer support and encouragement
• Answer all phone calls and emails/messages promptly and with a high level of client satisfaction
• Represent K9 Clubhouse both inside and outside the facility. Promote the facility and the dog training community.
• Collaborate with the K9 Clubhouse team on all aspects of facility operations including marketing, sales, client retention, client satisfaction, schedules, improvements and changes.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for animals and the dog community
• Outgoing, friendly personality with an ability to connect with others
• Strong work ethic and habits including attendance, punctuality and organizational skills
• Customer focused: Serving with respect, compassion and a sense of humor
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment, self starter and team player
• Willingness to gain understanding and familiarity with different types of training programs and classes we offer
• Proficiency with computers & different softwares
• Previous administrative and dog experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
