Front Of House Hospitality/Barista

We are expanding our hospitality team and inviting keen professionals to join our team at Front of House. We think long term and want candidates that have a track record of loyalty and dedication. You should have experience in hospitality, great communication skills, and a track record of contributing to fantastic teams.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a person that is:

-Experienced with coffee and as a barista making incredible quality coffee at high volume

-Loves food and is passionate about the craft-Shares our values of integrity, honesty and passion for perfection

-Functions perfectly in an extremely busy retail cafe and experience in a very fast paced environment

-Embraces and thrives in a team environment

-Shows sophisticated customer relationship building skills

-Is interesting and able to engage customers

-Sets and understands service priorities and hierarchy of prep tasks

-Has experience as a barista and/or in coffee making/with wines and beers

-Is an honest and direct communicator

-Driven by quality and excellence
