We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
```Responsibilities:```
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
```Skills:```
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in upselling or sales is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
