Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary is seeking a Full Time Receptionist for our pre-owned showroom. As the first person to greet our guests, the receptionist is an essential member of our team. The successful candidate will manage the needs of a busy dealership while maintaining our commitment to customer service excellence.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls; delivering messages promptly
- Greeting customers and responding to their needs in a positive, professional manner
- Assist sales department with administrative tasks
- Enter/Update vehicle information in our CRM tools
- Clean and maintain customer lounge and refreshment areas
Job requirements and skills:
- Above average interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well-developed organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to pivot quickly to meet the evolving demands of a dealership
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ideal candidate will have One-Eighty/CDK experience

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
