SalaryMaloney Elkassem Chiropractic is looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our team as a permanent part-time Receptionist. The ideal Receptionist is someone who not only loves interacting with patients and being their first point of contact but also enjoys working behind the scenes to organize and execute the day to day administration and coordination of the office. Software Jane App experience must!

Training from experienced front desk staff to ensure success in your role
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: Greeting patients, answering phone calls and booking and billing and taking payments, recalls, reconciliation of receipts with some HR duties. A background in health care billing (Jane App) and post secondary administrative schooling a must. We'd love to have you join our amazing team!
