Cantiro is recruiting for a key member of our Office Administration team.

You have excellent communication skills, love meeting new people, and have a polished and professional manner.
Primary job duties:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors with professionalism, ensuring they are signed in and signed out as per Health & Safety protocols
- Answering phones and directing calls, taking messages
- Coordinating courier services, pick-up and delivery
- Receiving, sorting and forward incoming mail
- Managing office supplies, ordering when necessary
- General administrative duties
- Curating new homeowner gifts
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as identified by Executive Assistant and Office Manager
- Arranging service calls for all office equipment
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications and Education:
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use all office equipment is essential to success in this position.
Other Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, keen attention to detail
- Team player- always willing to jump in and help
