Your new adventure
- Conception and implementation of cleaning management (buildings, production and assembly areas, test benches, etc.) at the site
- Development of strategic occupancy planning and room concepts
- Selection and implementation of the CAFM software pitFM
- Overall responsibility for fleet management
- Efficient project management for selected FM projects
- Interface function to internal departments, external service providers and reporting to management
Your experiences and skills
- Completed technical vocational training with several years of professional experience in Facility Management
- Ideally initial experience in employee management
- Knowledge of project management
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Independent working style and analytical, critical way of thinking
- Organized and communicative team player

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57,578,92 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
