The Role:

Working at TAG offers applicants the unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, adrenaline-orientated company. This front-facing position requires individuals who are passionate about the outdoors and excel in customer service. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, ensuring safety requirements are met, handling check-ins, promoting tours, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

• This position will start in June – interviews conducted throughout April.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team on daily tasks.
• Provide detailed information about tours to guests.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Manage check-in procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize digital systems for waivers and reservations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Work weekends and evenings as needed.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and authentic demeanor.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge and passion for outdoor activities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel.
• Completion of grade 12 education is preferred.
