The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. What Will You do?
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism while accommodating special requests whenever feasible
- Remain proficient in all programs required to manage hotel and residential desk needs
- Hold accountability for resolving customer complaints and assisting customers in all inquiries regarding our services, hours of operation, key personnel, in house events, and directions
- Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and Level practices
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in and check-out, log maintenance requests, and complete audit procedures
- Communicate any relevant feedback from guest and/or other departments with the Guest Service Manager
- Coordinate the arrival of vendors, guests, deliveries, and prospects, and assist with directing them to appropriate departments and locations on-site and in the parking garage
- Process packages, , messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate the storage room by storing and retrieving guest luggage and packages
- Providebasic trouble-shooting support for in-room hotel services such as Internet, TV, and movies
- Communicate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that the needs of guests are prioritized to provide the best guest experience possible
