About the role:
Ontario Home Health is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Consultantfor our Owen Sound retail location. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team that is focused on the well-being of our customers and the community we serve. Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new things are essential. The candidate that is chosen will be dealing with clients in need of home healthcare equipment ranging from mobility to bracing, rental equipment to ostomy/incontinence supplies.
Candidates with a background in a healthcare-related role are preferred, but training will be provided. Those with an OTA/PTA, RPN, PSW or other designations are particularly well-suited to this role.
Ontario Home Health is one of Ontario’s leading providers of home respiratory care and homecare equipment and supplies. We are in our 30th year and growing our team to meet the needs of our customers and community partners.
The position would be based in Owen Sound and be full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
