```Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to perform tasks such as digging, building, and moving materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery, excavators,skidsteers,backhoes, loaders, and other Heavy Equipment.

Duties:

- Operate and maintain various types of Heavy Equipment including excavators ,skidsteers,backhoes, loaders, and more

- Perform tasks such as digging, building, and moving materials as directed

- Ensure the safe operation of equipment and follow all safety protocols

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating excavator, skidsteer, backhoes, loaders, and other Heavy Equipment

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to Heavy Equipment operation

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.50-$35.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Heavy Equipment Operator: 1 year (preferred)
