CommunityPlus is based out of Greater Victoria and provides Home Caregiving services across Vancouver Island. Saltspring to Sooke, Duncan to Nanaimo and beyond. We are locally owned and operated with over sixty exceptional caregivers, nurses and allied health professionals. BC's first and only private Living Wage Home Care provider.

We will pay consistent OT and have several caregivers making over $100k+ per year. Schedules are consistent until they change. Wage & Benefit Details

• In 2024, our Base rate is $25 per hour. Probation is $24 per hour for the first 500 hours. With pay premiums our average caregiver makes over $29.50 per hour in 2024.
• Pay premiums - An additional $3.50-7.50 per hour for short, complex & weekend work.
• End-of-year bonuses range from $$$ to $$$$
• Health & Dental benefits available from 15h per week
• Great Vacation with faster accrual and up to 6 weeks of paid time off
• Extra Vacation with an additional week of vacation for full sick bank & pensioners. Up to 8 weeks of paid time off in total!
