Home Support Worker – Full Time
Three Corners Health Services Society is accepting applications for a full-time Home
Support Worker to provide services in the communities of Sugar Cane, Canoe Creek,
Dog Creek, and Soda Creek as needed. Home support services are provided 5 days per week, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.
Typical Duties:
- Assistance with ADLs including personal care
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with mobility and transferring
- Assistance in accessing medical services
- Performance of delegated tasks
- Elders recreation planning
- Travel to communities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Home Support/Health Care Aid Certificate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to input data into electronic medical records
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
