Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables
- Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Handle phone calls and take reservations over the phone
- Ensure a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
