Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and manage the seating chart - Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations - Assist servers with table set-up and clean-up - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns - Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Knowledge of food service procedures and guest services etiquette - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively If you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
