Host/Hostess

Pazzo Italian Ristorante is seeking full-time and part-time Hosts to join our team.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Experience with the Opentable reservation system is an asset

Job description:

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner as they arrive and depart
• Escort guests to their table and provide clean menus
• Facilitate reservation requests over the phone
• Manage and maintain coat check organization
• Answer phones and provide information to callers
• Help to facilitate take-out orders as necessary
• Assist with restaurant flow and turn times
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
• Assist bartenders with polishing glassware
• Assist servers and management with table configuration as necessary
• Help to maintain restaurant cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
