A day in the life of a Human Resources Assistant is filled with opportunities to foster harmony and enhance the work lives of all teams at Qualitree.
The busy spring season is ramping up, and the latest group of seasonal workers has arrived. Your day begins with assisting the remote Human Resources Assistant, entering timesheets for seasonal workers with accuracy and efficiency. You print pay stubs, safety crew talks, and timesheets, assembling them for organized distribution to each worker.
As the day unfolds, you seamlessly transition into the role of a helpful guide for seasonal workers, patiently addressing any questions they may have during their break times and forming quality relationships with each individual. With your strength of adaptability, you arrange flights for incoming seasonal workers, showcasing your problem-solving skills and sensitivity to their needs.
Following your lunch break, you dive into recruiting for current open positions. You pre-screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist the Human Resources Supervisor with preparing for the next steps in the hiring process. With your logical, systematic approach, you continuously create and update departmental SOPs and internal notices to ensure every team member is on the same page.
Whether assisting co-workers or contributing to the process of welcoming new employees, you excel with your empathy and dedication to elevating the culture at Qualitree.
