Position Overview
As the Human Resources Administrator - Total Rewards, you will ensure the accurate and efficient collection and handling of employee information in the Human Resources (HR) system, as well as support the administration of benefits and compensation. You will play a crucial role in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure, by maintaining employee data, assisting with benefits administration, and facilitating salary changes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Ensuring accurate completion of new hire paperwork and entering employee information into the HR system
- Assisting with benefits and pension plan administration by ensuring proper enrollment, and processing changes and terminations with providers
- Maintaining accurate employee information (e.g., addresses, contact information, etc.) in the HR system
- Administering the bargaining unit’s annual salary increases
- Processing employee departures in the HR system
- At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources support role or similar administrative support role, supplemented by a high school diploma (post-secondary education in Human Resources is considered an asset); or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- General knowledge of HR policies, processes, procedures, and regulations
- 1–2-year experience in payroll or accounting support would be an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with accurate typing and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Salary Range: $53,760 to $77,280 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Performance-Based Incentive: Eligible for an annual bonus target at 5% of your annual salary.
