Human Resources Coordinator/Administrator Trainer

The Cholakis Dental Group has been a name you can trust in the Winnipeg dental community for 40 years. We are looking to hire a Human Resource Coordinator/Admin Trainer for our organization. This person should have a strong ability to communicate, and to build trusting relationships with the staff and management team.

We are seeking a candidate that has proven management skills in a dental office, or has 5+ years of Dental Administration experience and is looking for a new challenge. Experience with Dentrix is an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties

• Administration team trainer
• Scheduling and Vacation planning
• Full cycle recruitment for all locations
• Onboarding & Orientation
• Benefits Management
• Other duties as assigned

MBC benefits, 2 weeks vacation per year.

Flexible hours for the right Candidate- 8 hour days, weekends off.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
