Duties
- Provide immigration consulting services to clients, including individuals and businesses
- Assist clients with the preparation and submission of immigration applications and supporting documents
- Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility for various immigration programs
- Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide accurate and current advice to clients
- Communicate with government agencies, such as IRCC, on behalf of clients to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain client files and documentation in an organized manner
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction
Experience
- Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear explanations to clients
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures is highly desirable
