We are currently looking for an In-Store Administrative Assistant (part-time) for our new store located in Heartland Town Center. Reporting to the Store Manager, the In-StoreAdministrative Assistant (part-time) performs various reception and administrative tasks.

Here is what a working day looks like for the In-Store Administrative Assistant (Part-time) at MUST:
- Welcoming customers with your greatest smile and providing exceptional customer service;
- Reception and identification of calls, analysis of the request and referral to the appropriate individual, department or service;
- Processing telephone inquiries;
- Working closely with the Sales manager: Various administrative tasks at the request of store management.
- Various administrative tasks: closing cash registers, following up customer files, etc.;
- Being a great teammate and assisting Sales Consultant: Preparation of contracts for the Sales team as needed.
You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following skills:
- You have a solid background in customer service;
- You have a strong sense of work organization and demonstrate autonomy and dynamism;
- You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office suite software;
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- You are motivated by working under pressure.
