Our ITC Technologies MARITIMES division, located in Halifax is looking for a passionate person who wants to make a difference in the growth of the company.
Under the responsibility of the director, the Inside sales representative will be involved in the sales department where he will have the opportunity to assist the team and develop his technical knowledge to respond to the requests of the team's customers.

TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position:

• Get involved in the selection of different products
• Assist engineers in the design of mechanical systems with contractors/engineering firms
• Provide high-level customer service and ensure rigorous and constant follow-ups and carry out project management
• Consolidation of technical knowledge thanks to ITC Technologies suppliers and its director
• Reach a level of knowledge to become able to perform technical presentations (of products, installation and applications)
• Support sales in quote preparation
• Identify and understand the competitive positioning of products
• Be on the lookout for new technologies and ensure positioning in the market
