We're inviting applications for a dedicated, bilingual (French/English) administrator, ready to embark on a full-time journey with our fast-growing team based in Ontario.
Role Highlights:
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Engage closely with our Inside Sales department to streamline the project quoting process.
- Dive into blueprints, specifications, and various documents to craft detailed estimates at multiple project stages – from budgeting guidance to final bid and tender submissions.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ascertain material and labor needs, compiling detailed lists to support project estimations.
- Facilitate sales initiatives including presentations, showroom explorations, and both in-person & virtual engagements.
- Translate documents and communications from English to French, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Aid in the computation of cost factors, crafting estimates for management to assist in planning, organizing, scheduling work, bid preparation, vendor or subcontractor selection, and project cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Serve as a pivotal contact between internal teams and clients, enhancing project coordination and communication.
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional bilingual communication prowess in both French and English (written and oral).
- A knack for problem-solving and conducting risk analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen understanding of its advanced functionalities.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and blueprint interpretation will be considered an advantage.
- A robust work ethic, complemented by a collaborative team spirit.
