Inside Sales Representative

This is a permanent Full time position: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM

This is a versatile and dynamic position, we're looking for multi-skilled workers who enjoy traditional customer service, while being motivated to manage inventory and warehousing tasks when necessary.

Your challenge at Air Liquide:

• Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs.
• Receives and processes customer orders
• Organizes the display of products in the store
• Process and confirm delivery slips.
• Communicates with the logistics team to ensure cylinder replenishing.
• Use your welding knowledge and experience to deliver products to our customers, and help them find the right supplies for their projects and business needs
• Plan routes for delivery and follow ALC's safety policies diligently
• Warehouse responsibilities
• Knowledge of welding products is an important plus !

Who we are looking for:

• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Secondary diploma
• Class 5 license.
• A positive attitude and customer service focus
• Forklift experience would be an asset as well
• Knowledge of welding processes and products (is an asset)
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (on-site).

Salary: $36,819.30-$50,000.00 per year
