We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialistto join this high performing team.
Primary Focus:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Rehab Ninja, a Classic Health Supplies Ltd. division, you will be pivotal in expanding the client base and driving revenue growth. You'll be responsible for selling a wide range of physiotherapy supplies to clinics across Western Canada.
This role requires a self-driven individual proficient at generating leads, engaging with customers and potential customers by understanding their requirements and facilitating seamless sales transactions. A proven capability in closing deals and achieving set targets is imperative. We are seeking an individual who thrives on repetitive tasks and is a self-starter within the Classic Health sales process.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling (80-150 calls per week):
- Initiate contact with potential Rehab Ninja clients.
- Introduce and promote Rehab Ninja products and equipment.
- Gather information on facility needs and preferences during calls.
Existing Client Calls (5-10 calls per week):
- Schedule meetings with existing clients.
- Introduce new products or services.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with current supplies.
CRM Management:
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Document details of each interaction, including specific rehab equipment preferences.
- Utilize CRM data to streamline reordering processes for clients.
Virtual Meetings:
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients using platforms like Teams.
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions remotely.
- Address client inquiries related to rehab equipment and supplies.
Handling Sales Leads:
- Respond promptly to incoming sales leads from healthcare professionals.
- Qualify leads to identify potential needs for rehab supplies.
- Follow up on leads generated through advertising efforts targeting rehab facilities.
Trade Show Representation (Occasional Travel):
- Represent the company at rehabilitation and healthcare trade shows.
- Showcase the latest rehab products and engage with healthcare professionals.
- Collect leads and feedback from trade show interactions.

Contacts:
This position will report directly to the Director of Business Development, Classic Health. This position will primarily be interacting with potential clients in the rehabilitation industry on a day to day basis.
Working Conditions:
This position is predominantly in an office environment with occasional travel.
