We are currently accepting applications for the position of Instructor – CPR/First Aid, in the School of Extended Education.
Instructors in Extended Education are responsible for providing instruction to learners, evaluating learner progress, and supporting learners in meeting the learning outcomes of their courses.
We are expanding our team of CPR/First Aid instructors. We are seeking instructors for Heart and Stroke, Red Cross, and St. John’s CPR and First Aid courses. Classes are usually scheduled on Saturdays, 2 – 3 times each month. Instructors are usually assigned approximately 1 class per month. The ideal candidates will have Heart & Stroke Foundation Basic Life Support CPR (HSF) certification and/or Red Cross First Aid, and/or St. John’s First Aid.
Responsibilities:
Provides Quality Instruction In Courses as Assigned
- Instructs courses as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Heart & Stroke Foundation Basic Life Support CPR (HSF) certification
- 3 years of experience facilitating CPR/First Aid courses
- Red Cross First Aid certification
- St. John’s First Aid certification
