YOUR INTERNSHIP
During your internship, you will be asked to perform the following tasks:
- Ensure that the requirements of the APSYS program are followed by engineering teams.
- Implement strategies and solutions to facilitate the deployment of the program within the engineering teams (define the actions and do the follow up).
- Support the project team in the implementation of the program.
- Update performance KPI reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes.
- Participate in the automation of various reports to reduce non-added value activities.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement of engineering’s performance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree student in engineering, with an interest for the Continuous Improvement(deployment of Continuous Improvement programs within an engineering team).
- Have the necessary leadership to lead a team in the deployment of a Continuous Improvement program.
- Resourceful personality, who likes the practical application of concepts compared to theory.
- In-depth knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills.
- Good communication skills in French and English, written and spoken.
