- Responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with vendors
- Engaging suppliers for purchasing related administration and to collect documentation
- Coordinate, execute and maintain administrative processes and systems, in line with internal procedures.
- Tracking Purchase Orders through the PO process
- Enter PO's into the system
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Keep a record of all inventory transactions
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and computer-generated reports
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, costs, and discrepancies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
- At least 1 year experience in related field preferred
- Experience with maintaining Vendor Files experience highly desired
- Foundational knowledge in SAP
- Knowledge of Purchase Orders
- Deep understanding of data entry
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
