It/Lis Help Desk Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level IT support to internal and external users (mostly patients and physicians);
• Assist maintaining new and existing IT infrastructure;
• Tracking IT inventory/asset lists,
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A degree/diploma in IT or related field;
• Experience supporting Windows 7/10 desktops;
• Excellent technical knowledge of Windows Systems; PC Hardware; Typical peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, switches, Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative in helping others;
• Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem solving skills;
• Strong organizational skills and procedural knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• IT support: 1 year (preferred)
