Responsibilities:
- Provide first level IT support to internal and external users (mostly patients and physicians);
- Assist maintaining new and existing IT infrastructure;
- Tracking IT inventory/asset lists,
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A degree/diploma in IT or related field;
- Experience supporting Windows 7/10 desktops;
- Excellent technical knowledge of Windows Systems; PC Hardware; Typical peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, switches, Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative in helping others;
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem solving skills;
- Strong organizational skills and procedural knowledge

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
