Diesel Electric Services is currently seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team!

Roles and Responsibilities

· Process, interpret and document processes, products, and services through analysis of data by using our Software Smart Sheets

· Determine requirements and deliver data driven recommendations and reports.

· Evaluate existing business processes to formulate new business programs and initiatives.

· Provide Assistance to our Customer with Business Data requirements.

· Perform Document Control with different Compliance Strategies

· Create a Dashboard for appropriate business needs.

· Report to the management team with other team members within the organization to create or improve workflows.

· Ensure business efficiency increases through knowledge of IT and business functions.

· Coordinate with different departments to create production plans.

· Forecast adjustment based on market demand.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university specializing in computer sciences, computer system engineering, business administration, or related discipline.

· Certification in business analytics from a recognized institution.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication skills in dealing with colleagues, the management team, and external partners.

· A keen eye for detail that helps efficiently detect and solve problems.

· Analytical thinking and time management skills.

· Knowledge of basic computer programming and concepts such as scaling, database analyses, and software interfaces.

· Familiarity with different software like Smart Sheets and GP dynamics
