To ensure that we continue to offer the best service to our clients, we are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team to review the business needs and to design, implement and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Analyze and document client requirements and acceptance criteria, through Use Cases/User Stories and Solution Specification Documents or in DevOps as required.
- Assist in the planning of client workshops, and scheduling 1-on-1 sessions with customers, as needed, to address in-depth issues.
- Liaise with the Product Owner and clients to ensure optimal requirements coverage.
- Work closely with the Solutions development team to ensure that client requirements are well understood.
- Remain current and up to date on company products to in order to respond with the latest information to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Assist customers in overall understanding of the best ways to utilize CRM software or Eperformance products based on their business needs or business plans.
- Maintain a Knowledge Base of resolutions to common training and customer issues involving Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft integrated tools.
- Prepare training courseware/material and assist in conducting training sessions relating to Eperformance products and a variety of technologies such as: Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform.
- Assist in Knowledge Transfer and Training (KTT) of new and cutting-edge technical topics.
- Educate customers on the flexibility and capabilities of CRM software and Eperformance products so customers are encouraged to continue using Eperformance services.
- Assist in the Sales cycle by providing product demonstrations and responses to RFP’s.
- Assist the QA Manager and team in User Acceptance Testing triage to ensure reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements as well as assisting in gaining client signoff.
- Able to operate independently and within a team environment.
- Assist in the development and management of the Client Services practice for the company.
Required Qualifications:
- MUST be OTTAWA BASED as we require you to work in the office a few days/week
- BS/BA in Computer Science or Information Systems or Business Management, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience working as a BA on IT projects or in an IT environment
- 1+ years’ experience working with large packaged applications.
- Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player and able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Government Security Clearance (Reliability at a minimum).
Preferred Qualifications/Assets:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM/PowerApps software experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM/PowerApps Certification a strong asset.
- Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- French oral and written communication skills.
- Able to operate independently and within a team environment.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $62,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
