What is the opportunity?
As the Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the successful upload and reconciliation of agent activities supporting Credit Management and Recoveries (CM&R) National Office. You will ensure accuracy of data transfer integrity, reconciliation and accuracy, which includes quality analysis, formatting, uploading, error resolution and on-going Operational support and feedback to mitigate error rates. You will provide site support for change requests and investigations, while providing support and business analytics to CM&R current business goals and objectives.

- Support and administer electronic data transfer across applications
- Assure accuracy and reconciliation
- Maintain output tracking of agent activities
- Assure transparency of API and Robotics
- Business Analytics
- Liaise with our system and technology team for supporting application
- Testing new and enhanced initiatives driven from Table Maintenance
What will you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Thorough understanding of Credit Management and Recoveries Systems
- Technologically self sufficient with strong PC Skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Experience with using Windows and XP Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Well organized with the ability to recognize priority issues
- Able to work the set shifts of 3:15pm-11:15pm, Monday to Friday and be flexible to cover other shifts within the hours of 8am - 11pm Mon-Friday and 8:00am - 7:30pm on Saturdays or modified site hours, if required
Nice to have
- Experience in using CACS and TS2
- Working knowledge of OLBB, OLMS, DDA or SRF
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA
