Purpose:
Gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of contracts. Under direct supervision, assists with the implementation of contracts administration procedures and coordinates or monitors the completion of administrative tasks. Administers activities associated with contracts for services, purchase of equipment, materials, or products. Participates in and/or conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities.
Responsibilities:
Under supervision, assist in identifying, soliciting and selecting reliable contractors to supply consultant, specialty and construction services to support project execution.
Negotiate terms & conditions, prepare contracts, monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives
Provide agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to Worley and its clients.
Intermediate level position following defined processes and precedents to complete assigned tasks with increasing independence specific to area of specialty. This level is normally regarded as continued training and development.
Under general supervision, work may be varied and somewhat difficult but limited in scope. Ability to recommend alternative theories and solutions is limited.
Works under supervision and technical guidance with regular weekly interaction with supervisor and/or manager. Broad duties assigned weekly to monthly. Work is reviewed for accuracy, adequacy, and conformance with prescribed procedures.
May assign and review activities or work of junior staff, but has no authority for performance evaluations impacting pay.
What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
- Intermediate understanding of systems, processes and tools specifically related to field.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- University Degree.
Preferred:
- Equivalent degree, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
