Stepqueen is an online business that sells digital products, coaching support, and virtual community to stepmothers and their stepfamilies.
We're on the hunt for a Junior Sales Associate to join our tight-knit team and help us reach even more stepmoms in need of support.
You'll be working to prequalify inbound leads from our ongoing Advertising campaigns, and determine if they're the right fit for our life-changing programs.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct 20-minute discovery calls with potential leads, using a set of predetermined questions to assess their suitability for our offerings
- Schedule qualified leads for a sales call and gracefully end the conversation with those who aren't a good fit
- Uphold brand reputation by providing a meaningful and memorable experience for all inbound leads
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM system.

This is a performance-based position with a base hourly rate plus significant commission opportunities.
