Main Functions
The front-end kitchen Service associate is primarily responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service at the front service counter; greeting customers, making sandwiches, serving hot bar, pouring/serving patio drinks. Additional direction will be advised by the Kitchen Aid Leader.
Primary Duties
The Kitchen Aid is responsible for performing all duties related to their position as directed by the Kitchen Aid Leader or Store Manager. They are responsible for
- Customer Service; making sandwiches, serving hot bar, pouring drinks and servicing customers at all times. Kitchen aids main priority aside from Customer Service is to ensure the side counter is fully stocked & fresh at all times
- Prepare & package all side counter items
- Cleaning & organization of work station throughout the day/night
- Working Patio shifts- serving drinks and food
Kitchen Aid Must be able to
- Multi-task.
- Work in a high-paced environment.
- Work under pressure
- Work comfortably with a knife as this role includes lots of chopping/slicing
- Take the initiative.
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of the workstation & sanitization and cleaning.
- Superb Customer Service.
Working Conditions
- Variable hours as scheduled, Monday to Saturday.
- Breaks are dependent on the length of shift and are compliant with current employment standards.
- Requires long periods of standing.
Employment Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service or client-focused work is an asset.
- Smart Serve is required to assist on the patio.
- On-the-job training is provided and mandatory.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Availability
This position requires day/ afternoon/ & night shifts as well as weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.55-$21.00 per hour
