Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food service tasks, including serving and replenishing food items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation
- Handle food in a safe and hygienic manner
Skills:
- Previous experience in food preparation for minimum 2 years and service is preferred
-Must have experience of Indian and Pakistani cuisine as well asTandoor, Pan and Indo Chinese Cuisine, Knowledge of basic food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
