Kitchen Supervisor/ Lead Grill Cook

```Duties```
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate grill and other kitchen equipment effectively and safely
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including equipment and utensils
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

```Experience```
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team -- Can interact with guests while cooking food - Interest for developing's juggling skills ( spatula flips in front of customers )

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
