As part of the Business Excellence & Execution Team, this role will focus on reimagining the way Novartis/IM Canada drives our Data Strategy and Systems.
Working in close collaboration with the Canadian cross-functional partners you will:
Leading and defining this Center of Excellence strategic direction in terms of Data Strategy & Systems
Leading the tactical implementation team to execute against our key priorities for CDP strategy & systems, Data Strategy & Governance, CRM & system as well as data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Influencing, managing and gaining buy in from Executive committee in the Data Strategy and execution plan.
• Working in close partnership with Global and regional teams on the strategy and execution
• Accountable & Responsible for the department performance and budget management
• Responsible for the CPO Data Strategy, governance, portfolio & roadmap that support priority business needs and accountable for its implementation in accordance with Global Strategy
• Enables insight led, data driven and connected technology solutions and platforms, together with IT, to enable measurable Customer Experience at scale.
• Leading the creation of an integrated/consolidated data ecosystem that includes CRM, Social, Google Analytics, amongst others.
• Connects data points to deliver a 360˚ customer view across multiple touchpoints
• Enables a Data Strategy with robust data governance and high-quality management across a technology stack capable of delivering integrated strategic insights and visualizing analytics
