WHEN YOUR REFERRAL LEADS TO A CANDIDATE BEING HIRED FOR AN OPEN POSITION YOU WILL RECEIVE A PORTION OF THE COMMISSION WE EARN ON PLACEMENT OF THAT CANDIDATE. YOU WILL ALSO EARN COMMISSION ON REPEAT PLACEMENTS WITH THE SAME EMPLOYER.TIME COMMITMENT IS MINIMAL.

We will provide you everything you need to get started. This is not an exercise in cold calling; it is an opportunity for you to generate extra cash by using your employer contacts and knowledge of job availability in the employment marketplace.
You may be working in a professional or management role, be retired or be a job seeker. If you have a network of contacts and knowledge of staffing needs, that knowledge can help you generate extra income. How you might ask? The answer follows.
If you know an individual with hiring authority within a firm or organization, and your introduction of PeopleFind leads to PeopleFind and the employer signing an agreement for PeopleFind to supply staff (one or several people) to the employer, and as a result someone is hired, you will then earn a significant commission on the first placement(s) and ongoing placements earned from this organization. This payment on repeat placements where the connection is a result of your referral effort will continue as long as you are connected with PeopleFind.
Your task is to connect PeopleFind with employers who have open positions that they want to fill, where they are having challenges using their existing methods, internal staff and recruiters to find and hire the candidates they need. You refer PeopleFind to the employer, and obtain a time and date for PeopleFind's President to talk to the hiring authority with the intent being to sign an agreement enabling PeopleFind to recruit on behalf of the employer and fill one or more of the positions that are open.
You will be given strategic support, methodology, and the collateral material you need to open the employer’s door, that is, to generate a connection that enables a discussion to occur on a recruiting need between PeopleFind's President and a hiring authority with authorization to engage a PeopleFind's recruiting services. This hiring authority could include the CEO or President, Vice Presidents, Directors, Operations Managers, Department Heads and Human Resources Directors and Managers. PeopleFind will negotiate the business agreement with the employer, and, for any job order we fill, now, or in the future within a firm where you facilitated the connection, you will earn a share of PeopleFind's commission earned on the job orders / placements that derive from this connection. You will, also earn an ongoing flow of revenue beyond your initial effort should repeat recruiting opportunities result from the connection you facilitated. You need do nothing more.
As an example, suppose PeopleFind secures an opportunity to recruit for an employer through your referral, and the person then placed is hired on the basis of $100,000 of salary per annum. Suppose the commission earned by PeopleFind is $15,000; you will earn $4,500 (30% of the commission). Not only do you earn a share of the first commission based on the first placement, further commissions on placements with the employer whom you helped source will be credited to you (20% of commission). If the next placement generates $10,000 in commission, you will be credited $2,000 for that placement without having done any further work. The only proviso for you to continuing earning commission for candidates placed with an employer beyond the first order and beyond the first 12 months is that you are linked to placements with two additional employers in each 12 month period. Please note again that these numbers are provided as an example only. Commissions and fees normally vary.

Please note, that generally, you should not be referring PeopleFind to an organization for whom you are currently working or to direct competitors of your employer.
WHAT PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Confidence and the conviction to succeed are paramount;
Fluency in English. Fluency in French is beneficial if your network is within Quebec or other provinces where French is spoken.
Knowledge of the recruiting and employment industry is a must. We can show you what you need to know.
Becoming familiar with why employers should commission PeopleFind to recruit talent on their behalf, that is becoming knowledgeable on our distinguishing characteristics and the value we bring to the marketplace.
Becoming familiar with the best answers to respond to the objections employers may posture when discussing engaging recruiters.
Willingness to reach out to employers via your network and via direct phone calls.
