Position Summary:
Working within a Collaborative Care Model, and working at full scope of practice, provides physical assessments and technical interventions and medication delivery for clients. Provides psycho-social support to clients and families, in accordance with established policies and nursing standards. Provides specific bedside care as required.
Responsible for other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a recognized LPN program
- Must hold current registration with the CLPNA
Experience: Nursing experience working in a continuing care facility, along with managing complex medical needs of individuals.
Program Summary:
Complex Care – for frail seniors who require the care of an interdisciplinary team to maintain and improve quality of life in safe,
comfortable and supportive environments. Carewest offers a mix of secured and unsecured units.

- Shift: Days/Evenings
- Shift Times: 0700-1515/1500-2315
- Union: AUPE
- Rate of Pay: $ 28.78 - $ 36.12
